Practice & Telehealth Policy

In order to receive our telehealth services we need you to agree to our policy agreement.

In June of 2024, Governor Walz signed the Minnesota Debt Fairness Act into legislation effective October 1, 2024. MAP BHC has outlined its practices for collecting medical debt in our Notice of Financial Policy and will not deny medically necessary care to our patients due to unpaid medical debt and will not engage in prohibited debt collection practices. If you have questions about this policy or want to request a copy, call the Business Office at 218-606-1797. MAP BHC’s Notice of Privacy Practices was updated to reflect changes regarding your privacy rights and how MAP BHC may use your protected health information for treatment, payment, and healthcare operations.
